  • Due to a current moratorium established by an earlier memorandum (No. 97-009-A), new franchise applications for public utility vehicles will not be accepted.
  • Only petitions that do not result in additional units are admitted for consideration.

Modification and Supersession of Previous Issuances

  • Any previous orders or parts that conflict with this memorandum are modified, superseded, or revoked accordingly.

Effectivity and Filing

  • This memorandum circular takes effect 15 days after filing three copies with the U.P. Law Center.
  • Filing complies with Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11 dated October 9, 1992.
