  • Any prior issuance or part of previous memoranda conflicting with these provisions are modified or superseded.

Effectivity Clause and Filing Requirements

  • This Circular takes effect immediately after filing three copies with the UP Law Center.
  • Compliance with Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11 dated October 9, 1992, is required for effectivity.
