- Only inmates aged seventy (70) years and above who are serving sentences by final judgment are to be included.
- The records must be forwarded immediately to the Office of the President.
Automatic Submission for Inmates Turning Seventy
- BuCor, BJMP, and BPP are required to automatically submit names of inmates upon reaching the age of seventy (70).
- The corresponding records must be transmitted forthwith to the Office of the President for review.
Immediate Effectivity
- The memorandum circular takes effect immediately upon issuance.
- The directive is issued under the constitutional and legal powers vested in the President.
