Strengthening Nat'l Shelter Program Coordination

Executive Order No. 357 strengthens the National Shelter Program coordination established under Executive Order No. 90 dated December 17, 1986.
Executive Order No. 90 identified the essential government agencies for the National Shelter Program, defined their mandates, and rationalized funding sources and lending mechanisms for home mortgages.
