Handling of Special Reporting

  • Special reporting requirements as specified in Memorandum Circular No. 542-2004 will be processed exclusively at the National Capital Region.

Processing of Sales Reporting

  • All sales reports linked to the stock reports submitted to the CO-Registration Section are to be processed at the National Capital Region.

Processing Timeframe

  • The anticipated processing time for the issuance of the Certificate of Stock Reports (CSR) is two (2) days.
  • Likewise, the processing of sales reports will also require two (2) days.

Purpose and Cooperation

  • The new system aims to facilitate and streamline the processing of stocks and sales reports.
