- The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) Adjudication Department is designated as the authority to resolve all claims arising under this standard employment contract.
- All claims will be decided in accordance with the terms and provisions stipulated in the standard contract.
Effective Date and Compliance
- The standard contract was approved and became effective as of 24 August 1987.
- Full compliance with the memorandum circular and standard contract is required of all parties involved.
