Preservation of Historical Monuments and Landmarks
- All historical monuments and landmarks within the declared shrine site must be preserved.
- Reconstruction of monuments and landmarks is mandated when necessary.

Supervisory Authority and Regulations

Funding and Financial Management
- Funding for preservation, reconstruction, and maintenance activities shall be included in the annual appropriations for public works.

- Disbursements must comply with rules and regulations prescribed by the Auditor General, ensuring financial accountability.
Effectivity of the Act
- The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval.
