Regulatory Authority
- The Department of Education, Culture and Sports is tasked to promulgate the necessary rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Act.
Transfer of Resources
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Jaclupan National High School Extension are transferred to and absorbed by the newly created Tabunoc National High School.
Funding and Appropriations
- Initial implementation funding will be charged against the current year appropriations previously allocated to the Jaclupan National High School-Barangay Tabunoc Extension.
- Subsequent operational and maintenance costs shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity Clause
- The Act takes effect upon approval.
- It lapsed into law on August 29, 1998, due to the President's inaction, consistent with the constitutional provision allowing a bill to become law after thirty days without the President's signature.
