Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel currently assigned to the Tinajeros National High School - Acacia Annex are transferred and absorbed by the newly created Acacia National High School.
- All assets, liabilities, and records pertaining to the Annex are also transferred to and absorbed by the Acacia National High School.
Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Acacia National High School in the Department of Education's program immediately.
- The initial funding required for the operation of the Acacia National High School will be charged against the current year's appropriation for the Tinajeros National High School - Acacia Annex.
- Subsequent funding shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act to ensure continued operation.
Rulemaking and Implementation
- The Secretary of Education must formulate the rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Act within 120 days from its approval.
Effectivity and Publication
- The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
Legislative and Executive Approvals
- The Act was approved by both the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines.
- It was signed into law by the President of the Philippines.
- Official seals and signatures from the legislative leaders and relevant secretaries confirm enactment and authenticity.
