Territorial Boundaries

- N 85° 00' E, 8,020 meters to point 2;
- N 02° 50' W, 1,300 meters to point 3;
- S 88° 50' W, 8,005 meters to point 4;
- S 03° 00' E, 1,900 meters to the point of origin.

Conduct and Supervision of Plebiscite
- The plebiscite conducted under Provincial Ordinance No. 007-94, Series of 1994 by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Davao del Norte, ratified the creation.
- The plebiscite was proclaimed by the Board of Canvassers on October 23, 1994.
- This plebiscite complies with Section 10 of Republic Act No. 7160 (Local Government Code of 1991) concerning plebiscite requirements.
Incumbent Barangay Officials
- Current barangay officials shall continue to serve until their successors are duly elected and qualified.
Public Infrastructure and Facilities
- All existing public infrastructure and facilities within the new barangay are transferred without cost or compensation.
- These assets are to be administered by Barangay Tulalian.
Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) Shares

Effectivity
