Transfer of personnel, assets, liabilities, records
- Section 2 transfers to and absorbs by Kiara National High School all personnel of the Bocboc National High School - Kiara Annex.

Department of Education operationalization and funding
- Section 3 directs the Secretary of Education to immediately include the operationalization of Kiara National High School in the Department’s program.
- Section 3 provides that the initial funding of Kiara National High School shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Bocboc National High School - Kiara Annex.
- Section 3 requires that thereafter, the amount necessary for the school’s continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementing rules within deadline
