National Tax Allotment (NTA) Shares
- Barangay Naibuan shall receive National Tax Allotment shares.
- This entitlement is pursuant to Section 285 of Republic Act No. 7160, as amended.
Repealing Clause
- All laws, decrees, executive orders, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are repealed or modified accordingly.
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
- The law lapsed into effect without the President’s signature in accordance with the Constitution (Article VI Section 27(1)).
