Rulemaking Authority of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports

  • The Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) is mandated to issue rules and regulations necessary for the implementation of this Act.

Transfer of Personnel, Records, Assets, and Liabilities

  • All personnel assigned to the Bacarra National Comprehensive High School - Cadaratan Annex are transferred to the new Cadaratan National High School.
  • All official records, assets, and liabilities of the annex are likewise absorbed by the newly established school.

Funding and Appropriations

  • Initial funding required for implementing the separation is charged to the current year's appropriations of the Bacarra National High School - Cadaratan Annex.
  • Subsequent operational and maintenance expenses of the Cadaratan National High School are to be provided for in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Effectivity of the Act
