All personnel assigned to the Bacarra National Comprehensive High School - Cadaratan Annex are transferred to the new Cadaratan National High School.
All official records, assets, and liabilities of the annex are likewise absorbed by the newly established school.

Funding and Appropriations

Initial funding required for implementing the separation is charged to the current year's appropriations of the Bacarra National High School - Cadaratan Annex.
Subsequent operational and maintenance expenses of the Cadaratan National High School are to be provided for in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Effectivity of the Act

The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval on August 16, 2000.
