No extension or renewal applications for expired or expiring CPCs under the old classification will be accepted.
Operators may apply to convert their units from "School Bus" classification to "School Transport Services" during the CPC’s validity.

Regulatory and Legal Effect

Any previous issuances inconsistent with this memorandum circular are modified, superseded, or revoked accordingly.
The memorandum circular takes effect fifteen (15) days after submitting three copies to the UP Law Center as required by Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11 (October 9, 1992).
