Department of Transportation operationalization
- Section 2 directs the Secretary of the Department of Transportation to immediately include the operationalization of the San Pablo City LTO Licensing Center in the Department’s program.
- Section 2 requires the initial funding of the San Pablo City LTO Licensing Center to be charged against the current year’s appropriations of the LTO Licensing Center in San Pablo City.
- Section 2 mandates that thereafter, the sums needed for continued implementation of the Act be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

- Section 3 provides that the Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after completion of its required publication.
- Section 3 sets the publication method as completion of publication in the Official Gazette, or in two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.
