Administrative Oversight and Implementation
- The Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) is mandated to issue all necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of the Act.
- DECS holds responsibility for operationalizing the establishment and administration of the school.
Budgetary Provisions
- Funding required to implement the Act and maintain the school shall be allocated through inclusion in the General Appropriations Act.
- Appropriations shall begin in the fiscal year immediately following the enactment of the law and continue thereafter.
Effectivity of the Law
- The Act takes effect immediately upon approval.
- This allows for prompt establishment and operation of the San Luis National High School following the law’s enactment.
