Purpose and declared intent

- The boundary proceeds from point 1 to point 2 at a distance of 303.00 m with bearing S 66A 30' E.
- The boundary then proceeds from point 2 to point 3 at a distance of 652.00 m with bearing N 24A 30' E.
- The boundary then proceeds from point 3 to point 4 at a distance of 612.45 m with bearing N 65A 40' W.
- The boundary then proceeds from point 4 to point 5 at a distance of 685.00 m with bearing S 24A 30' W.
- The boundary returns to point 1 as the point of beginning, described as being at a distance of 310.00 m with bearing S 70A 57' E.
- The total area encompassed is 405,467.91 sq. m. more or less.
Administrative jurisdiction and port zoning mandate
- Section 2 places the San Jose (Occidental Mindoro) Port Zone, as delineated, under the administrative jurisdiction of the Philippine Ports Authority.
- The Philippine Ports Authority must implement a program for proper zoning, planning, development and utilization of the port.
- The program must be implemented consistent with the regional industrial plans of the Government.
Repeal of inconsistent issuances
- Section 3 repeals or modifies all other orders, proclamations, and issuances, or portions thereof, inconsistent with Executive Order No. 416.
