- All existing personnel from the original San Isidro High School are transferred and absorbed by the new San Isidro National High School.
- All assets owned by the original school, including properties and equipment, are transferred to the national high school.
- Liabilities, including any debts or obligations, become the responsibility of the San Isidro National High School.
- School records, such as student records and administrative documents, are also transferred to the new school entity.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is tasked with the immediate inclusion of San Isidro National High School’s operational needs in the Department of Education’s program.
- The funding necessary for the operation of the national high school shall be allocated annually through the General Appropriations Act.
Implementation Guidelines
- The Secretary of Education is empowered to issue the necessary rules and regulations to facilitate the effective implementation of this conversion law.
- Such regulations may cover administrative, operational, and academic matters as needed to fulfill the purposes of the Act.
Effectivity of the Law
- The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
- This provision ensures public awareness and legal acknowledgment of the conversion and related mandates before enforcement.
Legislative and Executive Approval
- The legislation was approved by the Senate and the House of Representatives, with final votes on November 17, 2008, and September 28, 2009 respectively.
- The law was signed and approved by the President of the Philippines on December 10, 2009, giving it full force and effect.
