Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel working at Laak National High School San Antonio Annex become part of San Antonio National High School.
- Assets belonging to the annex are transferred to San Antonio National High School.
- All liabilities incurred by the annex are also assumed by San Antonio National High School.
- Records and documentation are transferred accordingly to ensure continuity.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operational funding of San Antonio National High School in the Department of Education's program immediately.
- Initial funding shall come from the current year s appropriations allotted for San Antonio High School.
- Subsequent funding needed for continuous operation must be included annually in the General Appropriations Act.
Implementation Authority and Regulation
- The Secretary of Education is granted the authority to issue necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of the separation and conversion.
- This ensures that all administrative and operational adjustments comply with the law's objectives.
Effectivity of the Act
- The Act comes into force fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
- Publication ensures public awareness and legal enforceability of the law.
