Salary Rates Based on Court Branches and Province Classification

  • Salary rates depend on the number of branches or salas of the Court of First Instance within the same city or municipality.

    • One Branch: Clerk of Court - ₱12,000 per annum.
    • Two to Twelve Branches:
      • Clerk of Court - ₱13,000 per annum.
      • Assistant Clerk of Court - ₱12,600 per annum.
      • Branch Clerk of Court - ₱12,000 per annum.
    • Thirteen or More Branches:
      • Clerk of Court - ₱14,400 per annum.
      • Assistant Clerk of Court - ₱13,200 per annum.

  • In Second, Third, and Fourth Class Provinces:
    • Salary rates are ₱600 less per annum than those for First Class Provinces, respectively.
