  • Upon satisfactory verification, the draft cancellation order is endorsed to the Secretary’s Office for final decision.

Decision and Notification

  • The DAR Secretary issues a formal cancellation order as the final decision.
  • Copies of the cancellation order are sent by registered mail to:
    • The affected beneficiaries
    • The Registry of Deeds
    • The Provincial Agrarian Reform Office
    • The Regional Office

Special Provision on Death of Original Beneficiary

  • If the original beneficiary is deceased, the new EP or CLOA shall be issued in the name of "The Heirs of [deceased beneficiary]."
  • Issuance to heirs follows applicable laws and rules governing such transfers.

Repealing Clause

  • All previous Administrative Orders inconsistent with these rules are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.

Separability Clause

  • An invalid or unconstitutional provision in this Order will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Effectivity Clause

  • These rules take effect ten (10) days after publication in two newspapers of general circulation.
