  • Pesticide formulation analysis employs different methods: Gas Chromatograph, High Pressure Liquid Chromatography, UV-VIS, and Conventional methods.

Seed Quality Control Services

  • Field inspection fees vary by land area and type of inspection (preliminary and final).
  • Seed testing fees cover complete certification tests, purity, germination (small and big seeded), moisture content, seed health including virus testing, varietal determination, tetrazolium tests, and vigor tests.
  • Miscellaneous fees for seed certification tags, certified true copies of reports, and international seed lot certificates.

Plant Quarantine Regulatory Services

  • Issuance of permits to import planting materials and plant products, with specified fees.
  • Issuance of import permits for potential agricultural pests.
  • Inspection and issuance of phytosanitary certificates for export of living plants, plants in community pots, propagative materials, and plant products.
  • Inspection fees for importation similarly detailed for living plants, community pots, propagative materials, and plant products.

Repealing Clause

  • This Order supersedes all prior inconsistent orders and circulars.

Effectivity

  • The Order takes effect 15 days after publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
