- Change of name, business license, National Food Authority (NFA) requirements, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requirements, Terminal Building Committee (TBC) requirements, Customs Bureau (CB) requirements, adoption requirements, Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) requirements: Php 100.00.
- Travel abroad, immigration requirements, visa for seaman, seaman's book, TBC for return to origin (RTO), marriage requirements: Php 55.00.
- Local employment, customs pass, enlistment in Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Department of National Defense (DND) requirements, Department of Tourism (DOT) requirements, identification purposes, and other miscellaneous requirements: Php 40.00.
Posting and Publication Requirements
- The revised fees must be posted in bold lettering at conspicuous places within respective offices immediately.
- The new fees have been previously published in newspapers of general circulation.
Authority and Implementation
- The revision was issued with the approval of the Secretary of Justice.
- The memorandum circular was adopted and signed by Director Epimaco A. Velasco on September 7, 1992.
- The circular serves as guidance for the implementation of the revised clearance fees.
