Construction and Renovation Procedures
- Government building constructions and renovations to be included in the 1979 infrastructure program
- Private building construction/expansion must conform to Committee plans and designs
- External modifications to listed buildings/ruins are prohibited pending Committee recommendations
Suspension of the Palacio del Gobernador Condominium Project
- Construction of this condominium is suspended
- Site and ongoing construction to be returned to the national government under approved terms recommended by the Committee
Deadline for Recommendations
- Committee required to submit restoration recommendations on or before September 30, 1978
- Ensures timely implementation and guidance for the restoration efforts
