- Submission of these documents is required before issuance or renewal of Certificates of Registration and Professional Identification Cards.
Registration and Membership Compliance
- The measure aims to ensure all registered Landscape Architects comply with membership registration and payment of dues to PALA.

Coordination Between PALA and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- The President of PALA is required to furnish the PRC Registration Division a copy of the updated official registry of bona fide members.

- The PRC will provide PALA quarterly lists of Registered and Licensed Landscape Architects.
Effectivity and Dissemination
- The resolution takes effect 15 days after full publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
- Copies of the resolution are to be furnished to the PRC Registration Division, PALA, and PRC Regional Directors for dissemination.

- The resolution was adopted and approved by the Board of Landscape Architecture, PRC officials, and the Commission.
