Reset SK elections to May 1996 and amend RA 7160

Section 532(a) mandates that the national, special metropolitan, provincial, city and municipal federations of the sangguniang kabataan conduct elections of their respective officers.
Section 532(a) requires these federation officer elections to be held thirty (30) days after the May 1996 sangguniang kabataan elections.
Section 532(a) directs that the election dates for federation officers are to be scheduled by the Commission on Elections.

Section 532(a) states that the conduct of the sangguniang kabataan elections is under the supervision of the Commission on Elections.
Section 532(a) provides that the Omnibus Election Code governs the elections of the sangguniang kabataan.

Section 3 provides that the Act takes effect immediately after its publication in at least two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.
Section 2 repeals, amends, or modifies any laws, decrees, orders, administrative rules and regulations, or parts thereof that are inconsistent with the Act.

The Act is Republic Act No. 7808.
The Act is approved on September 2, 1994.
The Act is entitled to reset SK elections to the first Monday of May 1996 and to amend Section 532(a) of Republic Act No. 7160.
