Reserve land for RITM site in Muntinlupa

The proclamation is made pursuant to the powers vested in the President of the Philippines.
Based on the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources.
Takes into consideration the Deed of Lot Exchange dated October 14, 2021, between the Republic of the Philippines and Filinvest Alabang, Inc.

The parcel of land is described as Lot No. 2, Portion of Block 6A, covered by Survey Plan No. Pcs-00-014796.
It covers an area of approximately 9,077 square meters.
The location is in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.
Boundaries are defined by adjoining blocks, roads, and lots, with detailed bearings and distances enumerated.
Corners are marked on ground with PS cylindrical concrete monuments.
Survey details include dates of original and subdivision surveys, along with the geodetic engineer responsible.

Ownership of the land is transferred from the Republic of the Philippines to the Department of Health (DOH), for RITM use.
The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary is authorized to execute the Deed of Conveyance to effect this transfer.

The proclamation withdraws the land from entry, sale, or other disposition under other laws.
The purpose is exclusively for building site purposes for the RITM.
The proclamation is signed by the then President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and authenticated with the seal of the Republic of the Philippines.
Execution took place in Manila on January 6, 2022.

Patrimonial land: public domain land which can be disposed of under law, here reserved from disposition.
