Land Reserved for FDA Offices in Alabang

Proclamation No. 541 is issued pursuant to the President’s powers vested in me by law.
Proclamation No. 541 is issued upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
The Secretary of the DENR is authorized to execute/issue a Deed of Conveyance transferring ownership of the reserved parcel to the FDA.

Proclamation No. 541 reserves the identified parcel of land for office and laboratory site purposes of the FDA.
Proclamation No. 541 transfers ownership of the same parcel to the FDA to enable the construction of its offices thereon.

The reserved parcel is within the Alabang Stock Farm in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
The parcel is specifically described using the following survey and property identifiers:

- Block No.: 13
- Portion of Lot: cons. of Blocks 12, 16, 17, Road lots 1, 2, 7, & 20
- Psd-00-036829
- LRC Record No.: 6137
- Land Owner/Claimant: Republic of the Philippines, thru the Department of Environment and Natural Resources
The parcel is bounded by adjoining lots/features under the bearings and directions listed in the proclamation, including Block 14, Block 15, Block 11, and Road lot 4 (210 m. wide).
The proclamation states that the parcel contains an area of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE square meters (25,565 m²), more or less.

The Secretary of the DENR must execute and issue a Deed of Conveyance transferring ownership of the reserved parcel to the FDA.
The conveyance is for the purpose of constructing FDA offices on the reserved land.
The authorization to execute the Deed of Conveyance is expressly tied to the transfer “in favor of the FDA” of the above-cited property.

Proclamation No. 541 is signed in the City of Manila on July 25, 2018.
The proclamation includes the formal presidential signature of RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE with the seal of the Republic of the Philippines.
