Non-Affectation of the Revised Penal Code

  • The repeal of the Anti-Subversion Act does not amend or repeal any provisions of the Revised Penal Code.

Status of Other Laws and Issuances

  • Presidential Decrees Nos. 885, 1736, 1835, and 1975 remain repealed.
  • All other laws, executive issuances, orders, rules, and regulations that are inconsistent with this Act are also repealed.

Effectivity of the Act

  • This Act shall become effective fifteen (15) days following its publication in two national newspapers of general circulation.
