    • To prepare and submit an annual budget and necessary supplemental budgets for Committee consideration.
    • To appoint, discipline and remove NPDC personnel and define their duties, subject to existing Civil Service Rules and Regulations.
    • To exercise and perform other powers and duties vested or assigned by the Committee.

Coordination and private-sector support

  • Section 3 authorizes the NPDC to coordinate with and seek the assistance of other government agencies.
