Rulemaking Authority

  • The Secretary of Justice is mandated to formulate the necessary rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Act effectively.

Appropriations and Funding

  • Funding for the implementation of this Act shall be incorporated in the budget of the Land Registration Authority (LRA) as part of the annual General Appropriations Act.

Effectivity Clause

  • The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
