- The BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) clearance is also issued by the Central Office Registration Section.
Reporting and Monitoring Procedures
- Regional Offices must submit monthly reports to the Registration Section, Central Office.
- This reporting facilitates monitoring and reconciliation of registration records across regions.
Amendments to Previous Issuances
- This memorandum circular supersedes and amends any prior issuances that conflict with these guidelines.
