Referral of reports and warrants to IIPD

Apprehending and enforcement offices/units within the Internal Government (IG), Enforcement Group (EG), Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service (CIIS), Enforcement and Security Service (ESS), Intelligence Division (ID), Intellectual Property Rights Division (IPRD), and similar units are covered.
These offices/units are mandated to refer or submit certified true copies of apprehension reports and all related documents and evidence to the Internal Inquiry and Prosecution Division (IIPD).
Submission must be done within the next working day following the apprehension.

All District Collectors are required to submit to the IIPD certified true copies of reports or any relevant documents that served as the basis for the issuance of the WSD.
They must also include all other pertinent documents and evidence.
Submission must be carried out within the next working day after issuance of the WSD.

The Order takes effect immediately from the date of issuance.
It remains in force until it is formally revoked.
Commands strict compliance from all concerned parties to ensure proper enforcement and prosecution.

Emphasizes the role and accountability of Customs personnel in enforcement activities.
Facilitates an organized flow of documentation from apprehending units and district offices to the IIPD.
Ensures timely prosecution actions by providing the investigating and prosecution division with necessary materials promptly.
Enhances administrative and legal oversight within the Bureau of Customs to address irregularities and misconduct efficiently.
