Designated Offices for Referral of Apprehension Reports
- Apprehending and enforcement offices/units within the Internal Government (IG), Enforcement Group (EG), Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service (CIIS), Enforcement and Security Service (ESS), Intelligence Division (ID), Intellectual Property Rights Division (IPRD), and similar units are covered.
- These offices/units are mandated to refer or submit certified true copies of apprehension reports and all related documents and evidence to the Internal Inquiry and Prosecution Division (IIPD).
- Submission must be done within the next working day following the apprehension.
Duties of Collection Districts Regarding Warrants of Seizure and Detention (WSDs)
- All District Collectors are required to submit to the IIPD certified true copies of reports or any relevant documents that served as the basis for the issuance of the WSD.
- They must also include all other pertinent documents and evidence.
- Submission must be carried out within the next working day after issuance of the WSD.
Effectivity and Compliance
- The Order takes effect immediately from the date of issuance.
- It remains in force until it is formally revoked.
