Legal Provisions on Validity and Repeal (Sections 4 and 5)

  • Separability Clause: In case any part is declared invalid, unaffected parts remain effective.
  • Repealing Clause: Conflicting laws, orders, decrees, circulars, rules, and regulations are repealed or amended accordingly.

Effectivity (Section 6)

  • The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
