Continuity of Existing Duties

  • The Deputy Executive Secretaries retain other current responsibilities unless inconsistent with the new redistribution.
  • Existing Memorandum Orders on disposition and authorized signatories for appealed cases remain effective as previously provided.

Additional Oversight and Assignments

  • The Deputy Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs maintains responsibility over the Legislative Office and the Political Affairs Office.
  • The Deputy Executive Secretaries shall perform additional tasks as directed by the Executive Secretary.

Effectivity

  • This Memorandum Circular took effect immediately as of August 15, 2003, authorized by the President and issued by Executive Secretary Alberto G. Romulo.
