Roles of the DSWD

Preparation of Rationalization and Streamlining Plan (RSP)

  • DSWD must prepare an RSP to guide operational changes.
  • RSP includes shifts in policies, functions, programs and structural organization.

  • Must submit RSP to the Department of Budget and Management for approval before implementation.

Redeployment of Personnel
