  • The NCA, in addition to powers under Presidential Decree No. 1722, is authorized to:
    • Succeed in its corporate name with power of succession.
    • Sue and be sued in its corporate name.
    • Adopt, alter, and use a corporate seal which shall be of judicial notice.
    • Adopt, amend, and repeal its by-laws.
    • Engage in any activity and exercise all powers conferred by law on private corporations.

Immediate Effectivity

  • The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon issuance.
