Reapportionment of Bulacan districts
- Section 1 reapportions the Province of Bulacan into six (6) legislative districts.
- Each legislative district is composed of the specified municipalities and city listed under Section 1.
- The First Legislative District includes Calumpit, Hagonoy, Paombong, Pulilan, Bulakan, and City of Malolos.
- The Second Legislative District includes Baliuag, Bustos, and Plaridel.
- The Third Legislative District includes San Ildefonso, San Miguel, San Rafarel, and DoAa Remedios Trinidad.
- The Fourth Legislative District includes Obando, Marilao, and City of Meycauayan.
- The Fifth Legislative District includes Guiguinto, Balagtas, Pandi, and Bocaue.
- The Sixth Legislative District includes Sta. Maria, Norzagaray, and Angat.
Continuity of incumbent representatives
- Section 2 provides that all incumbent Representatives of Bulacan shall continue to hold office.
- Section 2 requires incumbents to hold office until the expiration of their terms of office.
COMELEC implementation and enabling rules
- Section 3 directs the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) to issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement the Act.
