  • Appropriates ₱500,000 from the National Treasury for the fiscal year 1967 to fund the rehabilitation program.
  • The fund is to be administered by the Social Welfare Administration.
  • Future funding is to be provided through the Social Welfare Administration’s allocation in subsequent General Appropriations Acts.

Effectivity
