  • School records and official documents pertaining to the annex school are also transferred.
  • Assets and properties including buildings, sites, and any improvements therein of the annex school are now under the custody of the Quezon Aramaywan National High School.
  • All obligations and funds related to the annex school shall be assumed by the Quezon Aramaywan National High School.

Appropriations and Funding

  • The financial requirements to implement and operate the new national high school are to be included in the General Appropriations Act for the fiscal year following the enactment of this law and in subsequent years.

Effectivity of the Act

  • The law took effect immediately upon its approval.
  • It lapsed into law on February 16, 1997, through inaction by the President, consistent with the constitutional provision under Article VI, Section 27 (1).
