Illegal Sale, Purchase, or Pledge of Military or Public Property

  • Makes it unlawful to knowingly sell, purchase, or receive in pledge any arms, equipment, ammunition, clothes, military stores, or other public property from persons in military or naval service or the Philippine Constabulary, when such persons lack lawful authority to sell or pledge.
  • Applies regardless of whether the property was issued under clothing allowance or any other arrangement.
  • Penalties include fines up to one thousand pesos, imprisonment up to two years, or both, depending on the court's discretion.

Repeal of Inconsistent Laws

  • Explicitly repeals all prior laws or parts of laws that conflict with the provisions of this Act.
