- This pool is supported and supervised by the National Youth and Sports Development Foundation as per Presidential Decree No. 1289.
- National sports associations handle recruitment, selection, and training of athletes to form this pool.
- The pool serves as the source for national representatives in regional and international competitions.
- DYSD supervises the process, ensuring alignment with international performance standards.
Legal Provisions on Constitutionality
- If any part of the decree is declared unconstitutional, only that particular provision is invalidated.
- The remainder of the law continues to be effective.
Repealing Clause
- All existing laws, decrees, executive orders, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this decree are repealed or modified accordingly.
Effectivity Clause
- The decree takes effect immediately upon issuance.
