  • Failure to comply within thirty days after a registered letter notice from the Director of Posts will result in denial of mail privileges for the publication.

Penalties for Falsification of Information

  • Any responsible person who knowingly files false or untrue statements shall face:
    • A fine between one thousand pesos and five thousand pesos.
    • Imprisonment ranging from six months to two years.

Effectivity of the Act

  • The Act takes effect immediately upon its passage due to the public interest in its speedy enactment.
