Approved traffic violations list
- The Board approves the Proposed New List of Imposable Traffic Violations within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone and the Corresponding Fines/Penalties.
- The approved regime applies to traffic enforcement within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
- The Board’s approval covers both the imposable traffic violations and the corresponding fines/penalties.
Conditions for implementation and registration
- Management is directed to cause immediately the registration of the new list of traffic violations and corresponding fines/penalties.
- Management must register the list with the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR) at the University of the Philippines (UP) Law Center.
- Management’s directive is issued as part of the Board’s final resolution instructions.
Governing proviso for compliance
- The Board’s action is taken without prejudice to COA Regulations and pertinent laws on the matter.
- The approval is expressly linked to the principle that the imposed traffic violations and penalties operate in a manner consistent with applicable COA Regulations and pertinent laws.
