- This resolution becomes effective 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation, whichever is earlier.
Dissemination and Compliance
- Copies of the resolution are to be furnished to the nursing associations (ANSAP, PNA, NLGN, ADPCN) for dissemination to their members.
- The standards must also be disseminated to medical centers, hospitals, clinics, infirmaries, and similar health institutions for compliance by nursing staff.
