Exclusivity of Use
- The Seal is personal and exclusive to the President of the Republic of the Philippines.
- No other person or organization is permitted to use the Seal.
Prohibition on Unauthorized Use
- Unauthorized use of the Seal in forms such as stickers, stamps, business cards, passes, car plates, clothing, tokens, souvenirs, stationery, and similar items is prohibited.
- Unauthorized manufacture, sale, or distribution of the Seal in these forms is likewise banned.
- Violators face penalties under Article 179 of the Revised Penal Code.
Prohibition on Forgery and Alteration
- Forging or fraudulently altering the Seal constitutes an illegal act.
- Violators are subject to penalties under Article 161 of the Revised Penal Code.
Enforcement Responsibility
- The Presidential Security Group leads enforcement.
- Other agencies involved: Department of Justice, National Bureau of Investigation, Philippine National Police, Metro Manila Development Authority, Land Transportation Office.
- These bodies are tasked with implementation, monitoring, apprehension, confiscation, investigation, and filing of charges for violations.
Specific Prohibitions
- Use of pins featuring the Seal of the President is prohibited.
- Use of "ERAP" plates is also prohibited.
Reporting and Effectivity
- The Presidential Security Group must submit a report on implementation to the Office of the President within twenty days from the Order's effectivity.
- The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon issuance.
