Policy purpose and declared intent

- The PCCHUP is composed of agencies as provided in the Executive Order (with composition stated as a list, though the individual agencies are not reproduced here).
Scope of coverage and participation mandate
- Agencies that have responsibilities relating to housing and urban development must actively participate in and cooperate with implementation of the Government’s housing and urban development program.
- All other agencies with roles in housing and urban development are directed to participate and cooperate.
Technical support structure
- Executive Order No. 135 establishes a Technical Staff.
- The Technical Staff is headed by an Action Officer.
- The Technical Staff provides technical support to the PCCHUP.
Revocation and inconsistencies
- Executive Order No. 67 (s. 1964) and Executive Order No. 68 (s. 1964) are revoked to the extent they are inconsistent with Executive Order No. 135.
- Administrative Order No. 8 (s. 1966) is revoked to the extent it is inconsistent with Executive Order No. 135.
- Other executive and administrative orders are revoked only to the extent that they are inconsistent with Executive Order No. 135.
