Fees for Sales Promotions Other Than Beauty Contests and Home Solicitation Sales

  • Permit fees based on coverage:
    • NCR or several regions including Metro Manila/nationwide: P1,000.00
    • More than one region excluding Metro Manila: P750.00
    • Several provinces/cities/municipalities within a region: P500.00
    • Single province/city/municipality: P250.00
  • Blanket approval (one-year period) fees: original fee plus 50%.
  • Variable applications under blanket approval are charged:
    • NCR, multiple regions, nationwide: P500.00
    • More than one region excluding Metro Manila: P500.00
    • Several provinces/cities/municipalities in one region: P500.00
    • Single province/city/municipality: P100.00
  • Fees based on prize amounts:
    • Up to P50,000: P250.00
    • P50,001 to P150,000: P500.00
    • P150,001 to P300,000: P1,000.00
    • P300,001 to P500,000: P2,000.00
    • P500,001 to P1,000,000: P3,000.00
    • Above P1,000,000: P5,000.00
  • Minor changes (date or venue changes): P100.00
  • Major changes (extensions/re-evaluations): P300.00
  • Multiple schemes in one application require separate fees.

Payment Crediting and Refunds

  • Excess or mistaken payments are not directly refunded.
  • Such payments are credited toward any future financial obligations to the agency or office concerned.

Legal Provisions

  • Separability Clause: Invalid provisions or applications do not affect the remainder of the Order.
  • Repealing Clause: Orders and regulations inconsistent with this Order are repealed or amended accordingly.
  • Publication and Effectivity: The Order must be published in two newspapers of general circulation and takes effect fifteen days after publication.
