Salaries, wages, sundry expenses, and office equipment costs are funded through a special budget as per Commonwealth Act No. 246, Section 7-I (4).

Effectivity of Rules

Rules take effect starting December 1, 1945.
Certain provisions become effective only upon Philippine independence declared on July 4, 1946, due to U.S. legal requirements.
