  • Upon receipt of referral lists, OWWA must provide the PDOS schedule within two days.
  • Name hires are referred by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to OWWA for PDOS attendance.

Certificate of Attendance

  • OWWA issues certificates to participants who complete the seminar.
  • OWWA submits a list of these participants to POEA for reference and to facilitate processing of work permits and contracts.

Repealing Clause

  • Any prior issuances inconsistent with these guidelines are considered repealed.

Effectivity

  • The memorandum took effect immediately upon issuance on March 18, 2009.
